Steve L. Massie (2007)
After studying civil engineering at Virginia Tech, Massie joined the Virginia-based road, site and utility construction firm his father, Jack L. Massie, founded in 1947, learning the trade and rising to the office of CEO in 2005. An active alumnus, he is a member of the industry board of Virginia Tech’s Myers-Lawson School of Construction. Active in a number of national transportation organizations, he chaired AGC’s Highway & Transportation Division and served on the Open Shop and AASHTO-AGC-ARTBA joint committees.
