Mid-career professionals are going to be the ones that are decision-makers for their company someday. Those are the people that we need to make sure that we engage now, so that they have the experience that they need. There’s a knowledge gap that grows every day, and the more young people you get involved, the less of a gap you’re going to have and the better knowledge transfer you’re going to have.
