B. B. Armstrong (1967)
Bill B. Armstrong Jr. was the CEO of Armstrong Construction Co. Inc., a Roswell, NM-based firm that specialized in highway and heavy-industrial construction. The firm has been an AGC member since 1934. Armstrong’s father had been elected Vice President of the AGC in 1950 but died just before taking office. During his time as president, Armstrong focused his attention on growing construction’s workforce and improving safety.
