The current AGC of Missouri was founded on December 18, 2014.  It was founded by a merger of the former AGC of Missouri that was founded on November 15, 1925.  AGC of Missouri was founded on founded on December 29, 1949 as a merger of the Master Builders Association founded on March 25, 1896 and the Municipal Contractors Association founded on January 25, 1917. AGC of Missouri represents and serves all types of construction contractors and industry related companies in Missouri.  The Association provides all members with a comprehensive range of services including advocacy, workforce development, safety services, inclusion assistance, labor relations, and networking opportunities.  The Association works to build a strong, positive construction business climate.
